1. We aim to stock a comprehensive range of sizes of every door within our product range.

2. Any stock door ordered before 10.00 hours should be available for despatch on the same day. .

3.  Subject to minimum quantities, any order required urgently can be delivered within 48 hours to any part of the UK mainland. This service would normally be performed by our Third Party contractors.

4.  The telephone will be manned at least from 8 a.m to 5.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.

5. Web enquiries will be answered within 4 hours of receipt or by midday on the following working day if sent out of hours.

6. Quotations for our stocked items will be provided promptly, although items requiring input from Third Parties may be delayed by them. We will however be making every effort to obtain any replies in the shortest possible time.

7. Any complaints will be addressed immediately. If any element of our service is not satisfactory a complaint should be made to a Director. If there is a problem with a product please contact our Sales staff who will deal with each case on an individual basis.

8. Credits will be issued immediately after any issue is resolved.

9. We treasure relationships with our customers and will do everything we can to enhance them whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
